Norman Flasch Obituary
Memorial Gathering, Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 1 to 4 p.m., at HABEN Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd, Skokie. Norman's brother, Greg, will deliver his eulogy at 3 p.m. Friends and family are welcome to speak as well.
Norman was born on September 1, 1945, in Evanston, to parents, Joseph W. Flasch and Julie Soviak Flasch.
He worked for many years and retired as an electronics technician at Northwestern University.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Judith Bransky Flasch. He is survived by his sister Bonnie Flasch Gibson of Peterson, MN, brother Gregory Flasch and wife Grace of Lexington, KY, and brother Joseph Flasch and wife Denise of Mount Prospect IL, nephew Garth Gibson and wife Stephanie, nephew Brian Flasch and wife Shannon, nephew Kevin Flasch, niece Vanessa Gibson Hoffman and husband Damien, niece Julia Johnson and husband Sam, and niece Amber Flasch.
His kind, gentle, and humble demeanor will be dearly missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing him.
