Norman Rene LeBert

Norman Rene LeBert, 68, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on February 25, 2026.

Born on June 12, 1957, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Norman was the devoted husband of Shelley LeBert for 36 years, having shared more than 40 years together. He was a father to Felicia Taylor in every sense of the word and was deeply honored to stand beside her and give her away on her wedding day.

Norman was a kind-hearted man who found the good in everyone. He had a gift for encouragement, making those around him feel special, valued, and loved. He was easy to talk to, always ready with a listening ear or a thoughtful word.

Norman loved learning and approached each of his hobbies with genuine enthusiasm. He enjoyed keeping bees and harvesting honey, cooking and baking delicious food, working in his garden, canning the vegetables he grew, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shelley LeBert; his daughter, Felicia Taylor; his mother, Lorraine LeBert; his brother, Mark LeBert; his sisters, Sharon Pocock and Darlene Neely; his nephew Ryan (Shawna) Richardson and family; his cherished nieces and nephews; and his buddy, Carter, who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman LeBert.

A celebration of Norman's life will be held at Patterson Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Norman will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
