Norman Ronald Little

On December 30, 2025, Norman Ronald Little, our dear father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, granduncle, and friend, answered the call to meet his Heavenly Father. He was 81 years old. Norman resided in Hartford, CT and was born on March 27, 1944 in Jamaica to Ethel and Isaac Little.
He is survived by his sons Vinton Little, Owen Little, and Norman Little, Jr. He also left to mourn his sisters Pamela Little and Zena Irving, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and great friends. He also left his good friend, Lavin, who never left his side.
He was predeceased by his older sister, Lucille Campbell. Norman was a dedicated Christian who loved to sing and visit the sick in nursing homes. He was an avid biker, swimmer, weightlifter, tennis player, and health enthusiast. He loved to play dominoes and enjoyed family gatherings where he would reminisce about his childhood, eat good food, and enjoy laughter. His smile was infectious and he had a heart of gold. He would offer help to anyone in need. He truly embodied the adage of a life well spent. Norman shone like the star in Bethlehem, was gentle as the morning breeze, and delicate as the morning dew.
Visitation will be held on January 25 at 11:00 AM at the Lodge Community Chapel, 130 Deerfield Rd, Windsor. A memorial service will commence at 12:00 PM with a repast to follow immediately after. Burial will take place at 12:00 PM on Monday, January 26 at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.
