Norman I. Nall, age 94, of Monroe, passed away peacefuly at home on Monday, December 1, 2025. He was born on March 17, 1931 in Adams Township to Israel and Catharine (Fischer) Nall. He attended Puddledock Country School and Argyle High School. Norman was united in marriage to Edith Kubly on January 27, 1965 in Galena, IL. Norman began his lifelong career in dairy farming at age 16. Along with Edith and their three sons, they ran the family farm until the couple retired to Monroe in 1990. Norman continued to help his son, Joel, operate the farm until he was physically unable.

Norman was highly respected in the farming community. He instilled hard work and honesty in those around him. He was a steward to land and animals, enjoyed anything related to farming, hunting, fishing, but most of all he was a wonderful, husband, father, and grandfather who loved his family.

Norman is survived by his three sons, Paul Mudgett (Michele), Joel (Lora), and Lance; grandchildren, Allan, Andrew, Melissa, McKenna; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith; and siblings, Marion, Bob, Iola, Ruth, and John.

A remembrance of Normans' life will be held for family and friends at a later date. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, is assisting the family. Condolences may be shared at www.newcomerfuneralhome.net
