Norman E. Roehrs

Norman E. Roehrs, 82, of Findlay, passed away at StoryPoint, Findlay on Monday, October 20, 2025. He was born in Defiance on July 26, 1943, the son of the late Edgar and Ruth (Duerk) Roehrs. On June 6, 1964, he married Sarah "Judy" (Ringer) Roehrs who survives in Findlay.
Survivors also include his son, Jonathan (Stacy) Roehrs, and daughters, Charlene (Carlton) Clifton, Darlene (Scott) Birk, and Christine (Jeff) Krupp, ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a brother Kenneth Roehrs. Preceding him in death were his parents, and a brother, Donald Roehrs.
Norman graduated from Fairview High School in 1961, the Ft. Wayne International Business College in 1963, and was employed with Marathon Oil in systems analysis from 1963-2000. Norman served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Findlay, and Ascension Lutheran Church, Sarasota, FL, where he sang in the choir, and served in various capacities in all the churches he attended. Most of all he enjoyed his family and spending time with them.
A visitation will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2300 North Ridge Road, Findlay on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 11-1 pm. Services will be held at the Church at 1 pm with Pastor Robert Krueger officiating. Burial will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery, Sherwood, Ohio at 11 am with military honors to follow.
