Bertha,

Norman helped so many people at the Cancer Center over the years. We will always remember him for his cheerful attitude and his caring ways. The many people Norman helped and cared for are mourning along with you.

We of From the Heart feel such compassion for you. We will miss Norman's cheerful smile and gracious attitude. He was always so willing to help us deliver our donations not only to Stony Point but would pack his station wagon to the top with our bags for downtown MCV. What a sweet, kind man he was and we will all miss him terribly.

Dear Bertha and Robin,

I am so sorry no hear of Norman's death. He was one of the most cheerful people I have ever known. He always greeted me with a handshake of friendship. I have known him since 1950 and he never changed. God Bless you and the family.

Bertha,

I think the world is a little sadder place today with Norman's passing! I consider myself quite fortunate not only to have known him, but also having the great fortune and opportunity of having worked for and with him for 18 years. He was always quite congenial and consistent in his mannerisms and expectations. Even though he was my employer, our relationship was such that I considered him a friend more than a boss. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your time of sorrow!

Dear Bertha,

I can't begin to tell you how sad I am. You and Norman have been a permit fixture at MCV as long as I have been here. I am so very blessed to have known both of you for 32 years. You know I use to call Norman "The Worlds Best Husband" on his name tag at reunion I think he got a kick out of that. I sincerely do believe in my heart there are no better people in this world than you and Norman.
