I was very sad to hear from friends at K&L Gates that Norman passed away. I do not remember a time when he did not have a cheerful smile on his face, despite the many times he struggled with health issues from his asthma and hearing loss. When he got his first home computer, we both compared notes (since I too had purchased one) of how complex laptops were and the basic management of operating system, document libraries, and software. I can not remember any time that Norman was not helpful in so many of his duties to the office needs of the secretaries and attorneys he served. We can all take a lesson from his dedication to his job and the caring he put into all work requests. He will be remembered well by many of his fellow workers. May Heaven reward him for all his kindness.

I am so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. I remember listening to his stories of all his travels that he took. He was a kind soul in a not so kind world at times. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. He was a pleasure to work with and I so enjoyed our intelligent and thoughtful chats. Once we both left K&L, he always made it a point to come over and say hello when he would see me out and about in town. I will always remember his sweet smile. His eyes would light up so! Norman was one of the good ones and I will miss him.
May his memory be a blessing!
