Condolences to the Sousa family. I first met Norm in the National Guard and found out that I lived only a few streets away on Brookmoor. Lost touch for a few years until while working for Northeast Utilities and met Norm Sr and Jr at Bennett Metals during an outage. Both were great men. And I too, also donated a kidney ten yrs ago, gave my brother an additional seven years.

To the best co-coach I ever had. Great times and laughs at tournaments!! You will always be remembered and sorely missed!
