Odessa Leslie was born on October 20, 1932 in Stanton, TN to the late Plummer and Annie Maclin. She passed away from this Earthly realm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. 

She worked in the medical field at St. Joseph Hospital for a good part of her adult career. Odessa loved to go fishing, enjoyed cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Odessa was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leslie; parents, Plummer C. and Annie Mae Maclin; son, Sammie L. Maclin; sisters, Betsy Maclin and Lorraine Jennings; brothers, Albert Maclin, Plummer C. Maclin, Cleopha Maclin and Chester Maclin; brothers in law, John and James Randall.

Survived by three daughters, Gwen, Darlene and Rose Leslie; bonus son, Clinton Cunningham; sisters, Delores and Marie Randall; Grandchildren, Tanithia (Tony) Brown, Anthony (Vontia) Leslie, Cynthia Leslie, Teaquicia Ward, Teaquila Leslie, Charles “Chuck” Sims, Teamm’a Leslie, Kierra Leslie, George Clarence Pickney, IV, TyMekey’a Pickney; Great-Grandchildren, Lovelyonna Robinson, Aiden.
