As my anniversary draws near, I often think of the people like Odessa, who had planned on a happy anniversary dinner on that fateful day. May we all learn to treasure each moment, and never forget these wonderful people who lost their lives on that dreadful day. My thoughts and prayers go out to Odessa's family and I want you to know that we will NEVER forget. Much love from Texas,

In Memory
With Honor & Respect.

May 16, 2012

hi my name is Patricia Morris
I am from London and we have visited the 9/11 Memorial Garden today - we loved it, it is a beautiful place and our hearts were broken again and our sympathy for all those who were taken is unmeasurable. we found Odessa's name (which is the same as ours) and said our prayers and paid respect
i do hope that Odessa's family is recovering and will graceiously accept our love and great honour that we were able to touch her in a small way today
all our love

Odessa gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be held in the hearts of Americans forever. I cannot and will not let our heroes of September 11 be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to you.

As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

I have been wearing Odessa's Mercy Band since December of 2001. She goes everywhere with me so I am constantly reminded to pray for the loved ones she left behind. In reading her bio, I think Odessa and I could have been friends as we share many things in common. The love she had for her husband, family and animals is obvious.

Odessa I missed you and I will always think about you. Sorry, I didn't have the courage to write anything about you, I was seriously injured and didn't want to think about what happen to us on 9/11, because it hurts so much. I will always think of our friendship at work and outside work. I missed our early morning trips to Pentagon Starbucks and our talked about our family and children. I will always love you, my friend.

Your family missed you, but I'm praying that they find comfort and happiness while thinking of you.

To Tony, Jan, Dahlia, Tony Jr., and DJ God be with you.

I did not know you or anyone else who passed away the morning of 9/11/01. I am so sorry that so many people where killed out of a hate that most of us just can not understand. May God Bless you and watch over the family and friends that you left behind that morning. Rest in peace forever more and know that you will never be forgotten.

May the precious memories of Odessa lighten the pain in your hearts. We are deeply sorry for your tragic loss of a loved one. May her life and love continue living in you. Our hearts cry with you.

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

May God grant comfort and strength to the family of Mrs. Odessa Morris in the days to come. May her precious life be celebrated and appreciated as we remain mindful of the cowardly atrocity that took her and so many others away from us all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Professor Morris.
