Odile Crochet Obituary
A visitation will be held in her honor on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, 4511 West Park Ave., Gray, Louisiana 70359 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Visitation will resume on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue, Louisiana from 9:00 A.M. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. The burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Houma, Louisiana.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Crochet, Lisa Foret, and Rachel Crochet; sons, Robert Crochet (wife, Gilda), Travis Crochet, and Brent Crochet; six grandchildren, Odile Foret, Candy Guidroz, Kenneth Foret Jr., Derrick Crochet, Lacy Smiley, and Macy Smiley; and eleven great-grandchildren, Jason Lapeyrouse Jr., Sophia Lapeyrouse, Samuel Guidroz, Savannah Guidroz, Avry Crochet, Elliana Crochet, Jaiden Smiley, Jaxson Johnston, Ryder Johnston, Alyssa Hotard, and Evelyn Hotard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Antoine A. Adams Jr. and Florence M. Mayet, seven brothers and seven sisters.
