Official Of Mr. Mike Wayne Stewart Obituary
Mr. Stewart was born in Thomaston on January 26, 1964, to the late Wayne Edward Stewart and the late Barbara Edmondson Stewart. He was a 1983 graduate of R. E. Lee Institute and a 1987 graduate of Georgia Southern University. He was also a graduate of the University of Georgia Banking School. Mr. Stewart was employed for 25 years with AgSouth Farm Credit. He enjoyed playing guitar, racing go carts, and watching Nascar races. His passion was coaching softball for more than 30 years.
Mr. Stewart is survived by his wife, Kim Tyson Stewart; three daughters: Jessica Ashley Stewart of Thomaston; Leah (Brandon) Ake of Brookhaven, and Mary (Nathan) Strickland of Pine Mountain; two brothers: Jeb (Duree) Stewart of Blairsville and Russ (Stephanie) Stewart of Fortson; and four grandchildren: Trace, Trent, and Tripp Peaden and Maverick Strickland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. 5962 Zebulon Road, PMB 359, Macon, GA 31210.
