Ola Mae Daugherty

Ola Mae Daugherty, age 82, went home to be with the Lord on May 4, 2016 at Life Care of Morgan County. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mauline Morgan; two husbands, Martin Basler and Warren Daugherty; two children, Sharron McKenzie and Warren Jack Daugherty; three stepchildren, Thelma Davis, John Basler and Jim Basler; great grandchild, Peyton Robinson and four sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Carolyn (Brad) Elmore, Janice (Rick) Lyles and Loraine (Garry) Brown; 3 step children, Jo Roberts, Betty Lemons, Paul Basler; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great great- grandchild on the way; 6 sisters, 1 brother and a host of nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the nurses at Lifecare for the care she received and to Connie who was by her side when she passed. The family will receive friends Monday, May 9, 2016 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm with Bro. Lonnie Lowe officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery, Wartburg.
