Olaus Connor

Funeral Services Celebrating the life of Olaus Connor, 84, of Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 29, 2025, with President Broderson officiating in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, LA. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, Monroe under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.

Olaus was born on March 14, 1941, in Winnfield, LA and passed away on April 25, 2025, at his residence. He was an avid hunter and loved to go fishing. Olaus was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He worked for Delta Airlines for 30 years. Olaus loved his family dearly and will always be remembered by his pranks and making people laugh. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Iva Connor; brothers, Lavelle Connor and Shelby Connor; sister, Mildred Murray; and stepdaughter, Angela Calhoun.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Connor; 3 children, Eric Connor and wife Ricky, Jamie Severn and husband Donald, Terri Olive and husband David; stepchildren, Chris Jordan, (Vickey), and David Jordan; grandchildren, Brandon Severn, Brittany Severn, Erica Wolfe and husband Eric, Devin Correro, David Olive, and Colton Connor and spouse, Hailey; great-grandchildren, Zoey Severn and Weston Connor; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Randy Connor, Michael Connor, Eric Connor, Marty Connor, Mark Smith, Mike Smith, Chris Jordan and Jeremy Jordan.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 29, 2025, until service time at the funeral home.
