Olen H. Boutwell

Olen H. Boutwell age 83, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013, at The Homestead of Denison surrounded by his family. He was born April 11, 1930 in Fort Worth, Texas the son of Wesley and Minnie Pelton Boutwell. He married Lois Peek on June 4, 1954 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Boutwell retired from the United States Air Force after 26 years serving in the Korean War and the Viet Nam War. Mr. Boutwell is survived by his wife Lois Boutwell of Denison, daughter Carrie Ann Buchheimer of Fort Wayne, Indiana, sister Clara Jean Cumming of Fresno, California, grandchildren Jeramie Lee Bratt, Amber Lee Ann Bratt, Ron Allen Potts, Brian Potts, Jody Potts, Teresa Potts and Stephanie Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Sheree Bratt, granddaughter Roxanna Hooper, brothers Haskell, Howard and Ray Boutwell, sisters Pauline and Henrietta Boutwell. Memorial services will be at 1:00PM Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel in Bells/Savoy, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at Mark Griffith Funeral Home, 4424 S. 33rd, Tulsa, OK 74107. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa with full military honors.
