Olga N. Betancourt, born May 9, 1955 in Silver City, New Mexico, lost her battle to Pancreatic Cancer on September 4, 2020 at her residence in Tucson, Arizona, where she lived with her daughter (caregiver). Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior had won a victorious war for her eternal soul on November 14, 1975. When Olga was drawn by the Holy Spirit and surrendered her life and soul to serve him. She faithfully shared her faith and God's plan of salvation with everyone she encountered bringing all her family to the saving knowledge of the Lord. She attended The Door Christian Fellowship Church for as long as her health permitted. Loving daughter of Andres V. and Betty N. Betancourt, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are brothers; Albert, Manuel and Edward Betancourt and sister, Mary Betancourt. Survivors include her beloved children; Brian, Michelle, Jennifer Duran and Samantha Betancourt; sisters, Lucy B (Alex) Mitchelle, Gloria and Deborah Betancourt; brothers; Andres Jr. (Jessica), Richard (Tina), Pat (Christina) and Robert (Cynthia) Betancourt; seven grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
Viewing and funeral services will be held at Martinez Funeral Chapels, 2580 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, Arizona on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. (List of 50 count attending) with Pastor Harold H. Warner, presiding from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery (unlimited number of attendants will be allowed). Lowering of body is at 1:00 p.m.
