Olga Carrillo

Olga Carrillo, a loving, caring, and fiercely loyal woman, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the age of 70 in El Paso, Texas. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength, and unforgettable meals shared around her table.

Born on December 27, 1955, in Cd. Juarez, Olga, grew into a woman known for her open heart and resilient spirit. She faced life's challenges with bravery and determination, always standing strong for the people she loved. No matter the circumstance, she met it with courage and grace.

To know her was to feel welcomed. Her home was a gathering place - full of laughter, conversation, and the comforting aroma of something delicious cooking. She was a truly great cook, and feeding others was one of the many ways she showed love: Holidays, Sunday dinners, and ordinary afternoons were made extraordinary by her touch.

She was social and full of life, always ready for a chat, a celebration, or a chance to bring people together. Her fun-loving nature and bright spirit could lift any room. Yet beneath her joyful energy was a woman of deep loyalty and unwavering care - someone you could always count on.

Above all, she was a PHighter. Life may have tested her, but it never defined her. She remained steady, brave, and devoted to her family and friends throughout every season. Olga was preceded in death by her parents Leon Felipe and Ernestina Quintanar.

She is survived by her husband, Pedro Carrillo, and sons Christopher (Melissa), Peter (Yvonne), and Abel (Yadira). Her grandkids, Jacob, Jonah, Noah, and Nicholas, who were her pride and joy. Olga is also survived by her siblings Irma, Felipe, Rodolfo, and Bernardino. Her family inherits and carries forward her traditions, recipes, stories, and the example of incredible strength.

Her love lives on in every meal shared, every laugh remembered, and every act of loyalty and kindness inspired by her life. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
