Olga Lance Obituary
Olga Virginia Lance, daughter of the late Theodore Gulley and Opal (Rubel) Gulley was born on April 2, 1926 in Illmo, Missouri and departed her life on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Independence Care Center in Perryville, Missouri at the age of 99 years.
On December 3, 1943 she was united in marriage to Charles Lance. He preceded her in death on October 3, 2018.
She was a homemaker and a resident of Perryville formally of Scott City. Mrs. Lance was affiliated with Discover Life Church in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Survivors include three daughters, Virginia (Gerry) McCloud of Perryville, Missouri, Judy (Robert, deceased) Buckingham of Scott City, Missouri, and Cyndi (Christian) Hamelman of St. Louis, Missouri; by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; also, by other relatives and friends.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Gulley; sister, Velma Sargeant; granddaughter, Michelle Buckingham; and great grandchild, Alexys Buckingham.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 with visitation from 10:00 until 11:00 AM. Funeral ceremony will then be held at 11:00AM by Rev. Brandon Tanksley in the Discover Life Church in Perryville, Missouri.
