Oliver was born on July 23, 2019 in Norwalk, Ohio to Stephen Bradley Steger and Melissa Dattel.
Oliver was a student at Furry Elementary. Oliver loved going to church at Calvary Baptist Church. With a heart full of wonder, Oliver's imagination soared among the stars. He loved space, rockets, and all things cosmic, he also enjoyed watching his favorite series, Blaze and the Monster Machines. To know Oliver was to love him. He never met a stranger, greeting everyone with kindness and a spark in his eyes that lit up every room he walked into.
Oliver is survived by his parents; maternal grandfather, Michael Dattel; paternal grandfather, Mike (Julie) Steger; paternal grandmother, Dolla Jo (Mo) McGlophlin; great-grandmother and caretaker, Peg "Nana" Zolla; maternal great-grandmother, Barbara Dattel; sister, Trinity Dewey; brothers, Kaiden Dattel and Raven Dattel; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.
Oliver is preceded in death by grandmother, Gail Golliver and great-grandfather, John Zolla.
Friends may call on Tuesday August 12th, 2025 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 1810 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky with Pastor David Hixson presiding.
