Retired as a homemaker and was employed by Brody's in Jacksonville.
Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 11:00 am at Onslow Memorial Park in Jacksonville. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
Survivors include her two sons: Elbert Garvey Jr., (Polly) and Patrick Garvey and fiancée (Candice) both from Jacksonville. Her sister; Nancy Deacon of Wilmington, her grandchildren; Zachary, Mikayla and Patrick and her Great Grandchild; Hope.
