Graveside services for Mrs. Onaria Akin, age 95, will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Shiloh Cemetery.
Mrs. Akin was born in Carroll County, TN, on September 20, 1930, to the late Willie and Miller Argo Walker. She passed away at her residence in Bradford, TN, on February 7, 2026.
She is survived by her son, Dale (Cheryl) Akin; three grandchildren, Stacy (Matt) Montgomery, Kelly (Eric) Langston, and Jason (Karrinn) Akin; seven great-grandchildren, Lexie Snyder, Mary Ellen Montgomery, Koen Knott, Lily Kate Akin, Boone Akin, and Beau Akin; three great great-grandchildren, Jon Tanner Snyder, Samuel Snyder, and Kruze Knott; and one sister, Wilodean Long.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Akin and eleven of her brothers and sisters.
