Opal Anderson

Opal was such a special person. Many of my best childhood memories are time spent with her riding!! She forgot more than most will know about dogs and horses. She always had a kind word for everyone no matter the level they participated. She loved Willy and Jimmy unconditionally. She was generous to a fault. She will be missed.

Opal, what a beautiful woman & soul. Heaven has gained an angel, loving & caring of all the equines & dogs that she could ever love! Rest easy Dear Opal, Blessings to Willie & family.

When I first started showing my horses in Melbourne she was at Trail riders and always so helpful and professional. Loved the horses. See will be missed. Wonderful woman.

When I was a 20 something, Opal was already an amazing rider. She was someone to admire and try to be like her. Thank goodness for Trailriders Club! Many of us grew up there.

Opal and I were cousins as a young kid my memories are of her and my other cousin Marti Pope riding all over West Melbourne on our horses. She will be sorely missed.

So many memories with Opal. The love of dogs and traveling to many agility trials. I love and will miss you Opal.
