Ophelia "Piggy" Wilkins Bailey of 1114 Van Norden Street Washington, died on Friday November 14, 2025, at ECU Beaufort.
Public visitation will be held Friday, November 21, 2025, 4:00-6:00 PM Evergreen United Holy Church 423 Van Norden, Washington, NC 27889. Other times the family will receive relatives and friends at home.
Celebration of Life will be Saturday, November 22, 2025, 1:00 PM Mt. Hebron Disciple Church 210 W 6th St, Washington, NC. Burial will follow at Pamlico Memorial Garden Washington NC.
To ensure that any Church Resolutions or anything that must be read to the family please send them a few days before.
