Ophelia Hill was born on October 9, 1963, in Dallas Texas. Her mother was Hazel Lee Nash.
She received her formal education in the Dallas Independent School District, graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1981. Upon receiving a scholarship in basketball, she went on to attend Southwestern Christian College in Tyler Texas.
Ophelia was employed at various healthcare facilities before obtaining the position of a Caregiver, and a housekeeping supervisor at Avalon Kesler Park. However, once her health began to decline, she was able to retire and spend more time with her family.
She was proceeded in death by her mother Hazel Nash, her brothers Delton and Cornelius Hill, her sister Gloria Nash, and her niece Lesia Hill.
Ophelia leaves to cherish, her precious memories to her dedicated and loving family, Catrina Cooper, Keylinn Steward, Kristen Cooper, Krystal Cooper, Kara Cooper
Grandchildren: Katrell, Zaylinn, Raymia, Christiny, Christopher, Noah, Juanito & Mateo
Great-Granddaughter Royalty Cooper
Her eldest sister Hazel Foster (Rosevelt) and Helen Nash
Her brothers Melton Hill, Larry Hill, Tommy Allen, Troy Hill
Her niece Shelia Thursby (Robert), KiOsha White (Adrian) Tacoma Thursby
