I'm sorry that I just saw that Ora passed away last July. I met Ora back in 1980 when I was at the YMCA Boy's Home in Johnston IA. I had the privilege of not only being placed in the unit she worked in but the pleasure of getting to know her and keep in touch with her over the years until I lost track of her. My mother would see her every once in a while when she worked for the Bartered Women's Associations because my mother was the Commissioner on the Iowa Status of Women and delt with all of the women's rights for the State of Iowa. She was a fantastic lady and I will always have a found spot in my heart for my Sargent. Even though she was Army ( Ain't Ready to be a Marine Yet.)
