Oraldo Norberto Saucedo

Oraldo " Al" Saucedo, 85, of Corsicana passed away November 1, 2025. He was born June 9, 1940, in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico to Ralph and Delia Saucedo.
Al spent 22 years in the Navy; he served in Vietnam and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. After Al's military duty he began a second career at Navarro Regional Hospital where he worked as Director of Radiology for 20 years. During his free time Al loved to go fishing, work in his yard, attend local football games and spend time with his family. He adored and was deeply devoted to his loving wife, Georgina, of 62 years. Al's biggest dream was for his children to have a higher education, allowing them to pursue any and every opportunity. He was fiercely proud of his family and loved them more than anything.
Al was a longtime parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was a supporter of James L. Collins Catholic School, where he once volunteered to be the coach of the girls' basketball team, when no other coach could be found.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Delia Saucedo and brother Raymond Saucedo. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Georgina Saucedo; daughter, Georgina Hutcheson and her husband John, and sons, Oraldo "Buddy" Saucedo and wife Donna Saucedo and Dr. Joe Saucedo and wife Renata. Grandchildren, Victoria Hutcheson Deeb and husband Thomas, Nicolas Hutcheson, Anthony Saucedo, Gabriella " Ella" Saucedo and Olivia Saucedo. He is also survived by his siblings, Ralph Saucedo, Nelson Saucedo and Norman Saucedo.
Holy Rosary will be held on Wednesday, November 12th at 6:00pm at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am Thursday, November 13th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Corsicana with Father Juan Carlos celebrating. Interment services will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Corsicana.
