Oralia Cruz Reyes, born on January 18, 1952, in O'Donnell, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. She leaves behind a legacy of, compassion, and strength that will be cherished by her family and friends.
Oralia was the devoted wife of Feliz Reyes and an adoring mother to her sons, Feliz C. Reyes and Paul Reyes. Her warmth and nurturing spirit extended to her grandchildren, Delaney, Calysta, Isis, Zada, and Pavlo, who brought immense joy to her life. Additionally, Oralia was blessed with great-grandchildren, Layla, Korah, Ileana, Zamiah, Zariah, and Matthias, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
She is also survived by her siblings, Luz Reyes, Raul Cruz, and Patricia Sanchez, who remember her not just as a sister, but as a beacon of support and love throughout their lives.
Oralia was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Pablo Cruz and Mercedes Cruz, as well as her sister Guadalupe Rodriguez and brother Tevo Cruz. Their memories will forever remain intertwined with the essence of Oralia, reflecting the values and traditions she carried forward.
The family will hold a viewing on November 6, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Treviño Royal Oaks Dilley Chapel located at 604 W Leona St, Dilley, TX. Following the viewing, a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM. A Mass celebrating her life will take place the next day, November 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Moore, TX, with interment following at the Dilley Cemetery at 11:30 AM.
Oralia Cruz Reyes will be greatly missed, yet her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
