Oren Lovely Obituary
Oren was a carpenter most of his life, working most recently in the Ann Arbor area. He was a member of Michigan Carpenter's Union. Oren enjoyed playing on the computer, going to casinos, and was a U of M Football fan. He would talk to anyone, often going to Meijer just to be around other people. Oren loved animals, especially his cats, and enjoyed feeding the turkey and deer.
Oren is survived by his son, Rodney (Debbie) Lovely of Whitmore Lake; stepdaughter, Tracy (Kevin) Harvey of Milford; 6 grandchildren, Amber (Ben) Lovely, Jacob (Corrine) Lovely, Michele Landers, Steven Landers, Bryan Holt, and Krissy Lovely; and sister, Gloria. He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives, Maurine (Hodgkins) Snay and Joyce (Whitaker) Grob; several siblings; and son, Jeffrey Lovely.
The family will receive friends Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea. Memorial contributions may be made to Oren's family or the Humane Society of Huron Valley.
