Orville D. Delker, 83, passed away on February 13, 2025.
Orville's funeral will be held Thursday, February 22nd, at 2 p.m., at Kirk Funeral Home in Rapid City. Orville will be buried with military honors at Black Hills National Cemetery on February 24th at 2:30 p.m.
