Oscar Lee Brown, 84, of Hickory Hollow Road in Inman, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026 at his residence.
Oscar was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on July 6, 1941, a son of the late Roxie Gosnell Brown and O. L. Brown.
He was the husband of Anne Watson Brown, having celebrated 61 years of marriage.
Oscar retired from Leigh Fibers and had formerly served as a sheriff's deputy in Spartanburg. He was a member of Inman First Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He was predeceased by a son, Oscar Lee "Buddy" Brown, III.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital PO Box 2151, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38101-2151.
