Osmin Abarca Obituary
Osmin Abarca, 51, of Plainfield, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ.
Born in Ilobasco, Cabañas, El Salvador, Osmin later made his home in Plainfield, where he worked diligently as a landscaper. He was known for his strong work ethic, kind spirit, and the care he brought to everything he did—whether tending to a garden or spending time with family and friends.
Osmin was the beloved son of Dionisio Abarca and Maria Guadalupe Ayala. He will be remembered with love and gratitude by all who knew him.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Sunday, November 16th, from 4-9pm in Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place North Plainfield, NJ 07060.
A mass of christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 17th, 11am in St. Mary's RCC, Plainfield, NJ.
Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield, NJ.

Osmin Abarca, de 51 años, de Plainfield, Nueva Jersey, falleció pacíficamente el 11 de noviembre de 2025 en el Hospital JFK de Edison, NJ.
Nacido en Ilobasco, Cabañas, El Salvador, Osmin posteriormente hizo su hogar en Plainfield, donde trabajó con dedicación como jardinero. Era conocido por su fuerte ética de trabajo, su espíritu amable y el cuidado que ponía en todo lo que hacía, ya fuera atendiendo un jardín o compartiendo tiempo con su familia y amigos.
Osmin fue el amado hijo de Dionisio Abarca y María Guadalupe Ayala. Será recordado con amor y gratitud por todos los que lo conocieron.
Familiares y amigos están invitados a visitarlo el domingo 16 de noviembre, de 4 a 9 p.m., en la funeraria Scarpa Las Rosas, 22 Craig Place, North Plainfield, NJ 07060.
La misa fúnebre cristiana se celebrará el lunes 17 de noviembre, a las 11 a.m., en la iglesia St. Mary’s RCC, Plainfield, NJ.
El entierro se llevará a cabo en el cementerio Holy Redeemer, South Plainfield, NJ.
