Otha Sandford "Sandy" Biggs was born Friday, October 31, 1941 in Jupiter, Georgia to Margerie Wayner Singleton and Alphonso Biggs.

Mr. Biggs grew up in Jacksonville, Florida where he received his elementary education. After receiving his high school diploma, he attended college for a short time but ultimately decided to join the United States Air Force. He retired after 25 years of dedicated service as a Master Sergeant. After his retirement from the Air Force, Mr. Biggs was employed by The United Postal Service; he remained there until the second retirement.

He was united in holy matrimony, September 1, 2000, to the love of his life, Evelyn A. Piolet. They were united in matrimony for 26 years.

"Sandy" loved taking sporadic plane trips to various destinations. He was computer literate when it came to operating and using the computer and explaining how it functions. As a sports enthusiast, he loved spending time watching sports and discussing or debating about them. He also loved good food, wine and Goosh Beer

Mr. Otha S. Biggs departed this life Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Mr. Otha Sandford Biggs leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Evelyn Biggs and her children: Veletta M. Conrad, Sharing S. Conrad (India) Jackson, Sheldon P. Beckham, and Monte Conrad (deceased) and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren); his Michael (Mary) Biggs; grandchildren: Martin (Jasmine) Biggs and their son, Marquis and sisters: Wayner and Elvia Williams and Shirley Singleton.
