Otis Watts was a wonderful man who loved his family more than the world! He would do anything to help anyone, even when he was sick. Words can not express our deep sorrow for his wonderful son, Steve, our son-in-law, and Otis's wife, Essie and all other family members. Praying for all of you during this difficult time.
