I am so sorry to learn that Otto passed away. I was friends with Otto when I lived in City Line, Brooklyn during the late 1960's - mid 1970's. He was always fun to be around. We would go fishing and crabbing as teenagers with other kids in the neighborhood. I always remembered him as being such a nice guy from the neighborhood. I lost contact with Otto when I moved to Florida in 1977. May he rest in peace.

I was friends with Otto in the late 60's, early 70's when I lived in City Line _ Autumn Avenue. I sometimes try to find former friends on Facebook and when I Googled his name I saw the obituary notice. I am so sorry to hear that he passed at such a young age. I hope he was not ill for a while or suffered. I recall that Otto was a lot of fun, was very friendly and was a handsome young man. We had a group of friends, and Otto was the one that would make them laugh, etc. Many years later, my sister and I ran into him on Liberty Avenue. He seemed happy, said he was married, showed us a picture of his wife, etc. Again, I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
