Pablo Agosto Jr.

Pablo Agosto, Jr., 60, of Ewing, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Avalon and Rehab and Healthcare Center, Hamilton, NJ.

Born in Meriden, Connecticut, he made the Trenton area his home for more than 40 years, becoming a familiar and well-liked presence in the community. Pablo was deeply proud of his Puerto Rican heritage, a pride he carried with him throughout his life and shared with those around him through his spirit, culture, and love of family and tradition.

Pablo worked for many years as a bouncer at the Anchor Bar in Trenton, where he was known for his strong presence, friendly personality, and the respect he showed to everyone he met. In more recent years, he was employed at the Home Depot Warehouse in Cranbury, New Jersey, where he continued to demonstrate his strong work ethic and dedication.

Outside of work, Pablo truly enjoyed life. He was a devoted fan of professional wrestling and proudly cheered on both the New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He loved music, especially salsa, and was known among family and friends as a talented cook who took great joy in preparing meals and bringing people together around the table.

Predeceased by his parents, Pablo and Luisa Agosto, Sr.; and his brother, Rafael Agosto; he is survived by his children, Christina (Rudolph) Lopez, Jennifer Salgado, and Gabriel Castellano; a sister, Luz M. Agosto Cordero; grandchildren, Valentina, Lorenzo, Mateo, Lily, Marina, Elena and Gabriel, Jr.; as well as many other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ.

Words of Remembrance will begin at 7:00p.m.

Cremation will take place privately.
