I continue to think fondly of Paige and her family. Having Paige as a student in kindergarten was such a pleasure. What a sweet, and bright girl she was!!

I lived with Paige my freshman year at UCSB and even though she was a senior and I was freshman, she immediately welcomed me into her friend group and helped me navigate my first year of college away from home. I could always count on her to be there if I needed her, and she was always so open and willing to help me in any way that she could. One of my fondest memories together is when she and our whole apartment put on bright green face masks and walked around the dorms. Paige was a generous, smart, selfless and beautiful person. I am so grateful that I was able to meet Paige and spend time with her, and I will miss our late nights together watching tv, doing our nails, laughing and snacking. Paige, you will be dearly missed.

My first year at the University of Santa Barbara I was lucky enough to have met Paige. She lived next door to me and her beauty was intimidating in the best way possible. I was nervous to even talk to her but her being the kind and lovely spirit that she is, she broke the ice and shortly after we became friends. Anytime I needed a good laugh or someone to goof off with, you could find me in Paige’s room. She was one of the realest individuals I’ve met and I could count on her to give me her honest opinion. I am heartbroken that she has passed at such a young age and I send my condolences to her family and everyone who’s had the opportunity to experience Paige’s beautiful soul.

It’s hard to see such a young soul get taken. I met Paige in UCSB and saw such a great spark in how she went about her life. I was also studying literature so talking to her was always a delight. I will never forget during finals week after staying up up for a whole night and turning in all my essays, I went to Josh’s apartment right before going home for break; Paige was there. After all our struggles, she offered to make us tea, and a huge wave of relief passed through me from such a simple gesture. It’s the little acts of kindness that sometimes stick with you the longest, and I’m sure Paige touched so many people’s lives with her generosity as she has mine.

Seems like just yesterday we were back at UCSB in Josh's apartment when we first met. I instantly knew you were an amazing person and that I wanted to have you in my life. We had some unforgettable moments in our time together. I loved cooking for you and watching silly tv shows like "Friends" with you. We would devour a tub of fro-yo with gummy bears and just curl up and be. You taught me how to properly snuggle into a blanket and every time I warm up under my blanket I think of you. You had a beautiful soul and I am grateful to have known you. Just know that you were loved in this life, and hopefully someday we meet again in another.

I taught Paige in private writing lessons when she was 10 or 11. Her mom, our family’s favorite dental hygienist, had talked to me about her creative daughter who was creative her own newsletter with a friend. When Jill learned I taught creative writing, she signed up Paige and her friend for shared private lessons. I remember Paige as a student who was as bright in her sunny personality as she was intellectually. I also remember how proud she made her mom, who adored her. I was doubly saddened to learn of Jill’s recent passing, and I pray that their souls are together now, without pain and full of love.

Dear Steve & Cheryl,
I was so shocked and sad to see this in the paper. I had no idea she was even in an accident. I am so sorry. Our family's thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember her from way back when at Turtleback. She was such a cute little girl who turned into a beautiful young lady. She will be missed.

We were so surprised to see Paige had passed away. We have such fond memories of her in 8th grade, carpooling, and the trip to DC (Elena and Paige and their dads). We remember Paige was always so kind. We are so sorry for your loss and pray she is at peace in heaven. Our prayers go out to her family during this difficult and sad time.

Paige, I'm shocked. I still have so many fond childhood memories together. I remember the jungle gym at your dad's house, walking to the community pool, tons of sleepovers, your mom letting us buy cookie crisp cereal (and us running through the aisles of the grocery store), trying to sew our own clothes (ha), and so much more. I really wish I'd known that we were living so close these last few years. This news is devastating. You will be greatly missed.

Paige has been one of my most memorable students. She was a light and joy in my kindergarten class so many years ago. Her smile was contagious, and her parents helpful, supportive, and kind. I know Paige will be dearly missed by those closest to her. I'll be praying for God's comfort and peace in the days ahead and especially in this Christmas season.

It’s been about fifteen years now since Paige sat in my JH English class at MCS. She was so very bright, exceptionally poised, and always gracious, as were her parents. I have no doubt she touched the lives of many people during her young life. My heart and prayers go out to her family.

Paige was so beautiful. She was a joy to teach and so kind to everyone. I still have the beautiful jewelry she and her mother made for me when she was in my 8th grade class. She will be missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing her. I know heaven has received her with love and joy!
