Palmer Terrell

During the years I worked with former council member Kelly Allen Gray I quickly learned to to depend on Palmer not only for his smiling voice on the phone and his ready help with road problems in council district 8 but his committment to making government responsive. He was gracious and I looked forward to working with him each time I called. I knew after hanging up the telephone, I would have a smile on my face because he was just so very kind. He was a joy to work with. Thank you Palmer.
