Pam Rogers Obituary
Gertrude Pamela "Pam" Rogers, born on July 20, 1937, in Orange, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, at the age of 87. She was the beloved daughter of George and Betty Pfeil and the eldest of five siblings.
Pam is survived by her five devoted children, Jennifer, Don (Susan), Tracy (Carlos), Renee (Jim), and Kim (Tom) and her siblings Tanis (John), Allen (Susan), and Marla (Richard), seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, fifteen nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends who will remember her strong sense of determination and kindness.
Pam served her country with pride and dedication in the U.S. Navy for four years. After her military service, she raised her family as a devoted Navy wife. When the family moved to NM she embarked on a successful career with JC Penney where she forged many lifelong friendships. Later in life Pam traveled extensively with her beloved partner Julius.
A celebration of her life will be held at El Pinto Restaurant in the Garden Room in Albuquerque, NM on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11 am to 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Pam's honor to the charity of your choice.
