It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Pamela Lee Quick Allen on November 26, 2025 at the age of 76 in Antioch, CA. She battled cancer for 13 years and fought hard. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was born in Virginia on January 18, 1949. She got her fighting spirit from her father Andrew Quick and nurturing nature from her mother Madelyn Quick.

She lived a very fulfilling life. She owned an orthopedic school with a dear friend and sold medical supplies for many years. Her biggest accomplishment was being the mother of 2 sons, Heath Chaney and Ryan Allen. Her life was her family and the San Joaquin Yacht Club. She was a very active member of the yacht club. She held many positions including serving as Commodore for 2 terms and running a boutique with her best friend Sue. She also served as a member of the Bethel Island Chamber of Commerce.

She lived a life filled with kindness, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was known for her energy for life and adventure. She loved to travel, especially cruising and was a firm believer in working hard to play hard. She was known for her dedication, kindness and her ability to make everyone feel welcome. Pam was a great advocate to have in your corner. She was preceded in death by her mom, dad and her eldest son, Heath. She is survived by her loving husband James Allen of over 50 loving years, her son Ryan Allen, 3 grandchildren Conner, Mason and Amber and her siblings Ronny, Eric and Andra Sue. They will carry her love in their hearts forever.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday December 14, 2025, at Higgins Chapel in Antioch, CA. There will be a public viewing prior to the service. A celebration of life will be held at the San Joaquin Yacht Club on Bethel Island from 4pm-6pm.
