Pamela Joy Hemme, age 68, of Erie, passed away on March 13, 2024.

Born in Erie, PA on May 26, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Norbert and Shirley Hemme.

Pam had a special love for animals. She was a generous and kind soul. Pam was a long-time resident of Richford Arms. She loved spending time in the building, out in front, or in the park, interacting with everyone. She was a character.

Pam was loved by many. Her loss leaves a hole that only memories can fill. Love ya!

She is survived by her brother, Kent Hemme of Labelle, FL; her soul sister, Hope Durbin of Erie, her cat, Freya, and her cockatiel, BJ.

In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her brother, Bruce Hemme, and her beloved dog, Mopsy.

A small, private service will be held soon. In lieu of donations, please spend a few minutes, occasionally, remembering Pam.

My Pammy! I can't express how heartbroken I am that you've passed. I will miss you so much! I already do. I miss you coming by just to check in with me and your beautiful hair. I'll miss laughing and fussing with you. I love you and I miss you! I know you're up there holding Mopsy and giving everyone a laugh. Tell Barkley I love and miss him! My heart just hurts that you're gone. I'll never forget you!
