Pamela Joyce Krause

Pamela Joyce Krause passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 63. She was born on December 9, 1961, in Texas, and later made her home in Sacramento, California, where she raised her four children. In 2006 she moved to Rawlins, Wyoming, which remained her home for nearly two decades.

Pam is survived by her four children—Phillip Anderson, Sereena Krause, Brandon Serini, and Cameron Davis. Each of us will forever carry her humor, resilience, and love in our hearts.

Pam lived a hard life, but she met every challenge with grit, quick wit, and a stubborn determination to bring joy wherever she went. She worked a wide variety of jobs throughout her life, never afraid to try something new or fix something broken. No matter the workplace, she became the spark in the room—teasing coworkers, lifting spirits, and finding something to laugh about even on the rough days.

Resourceful to the core, she once rebuilt the engine of the family car when there was no money for a mechanic. She could improvise with almost nothing, and somehow make it work.

Throughout her life she tried to recruit her kids to work alongside her. Phil and Brandon both eventually took the bait and had the privilege of sharing various seasons of work with her. Even when her “dogs were tired and needed a rest,” she stayed until the job was done—and until someone else’s load was a little lighter.

Her family will remember her not only for the hardships she carried, but for the laughter she sparked, the creativity she lived by, and the strength she never stopped showing. Her life was imperfect, honest, and full of heart—and we are better because she was ours.

A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Casada Funeral Home.
