Pamela Miller

Pamela "Penny" Miller, 78, passed to her eternal reward on December 21st, 2025, at age 78. She was a 1965 graduate of Western High in Baltimore and a 1969 graduate of Towson University majoring in Elementary Education. Penny taught for 31 years in the Baltimore City school system, primarily at Beechfield Elementary School. After retirement, she worked as a receptionist/administrative assistant for Penny Lane Florist in Reisterstown, MD where she honed her expertise in flower arranging. Penny is predeceased by her parents, Sam and Hazel Coleman. Her brother Richard Coleman, and her "should have been sister" Pattie Miller Bond. She is survived by her husband of over 51 years, William "Bill" Miller, her best friend Helen Topolsky and honorary nieces Erin and Fara Topolsky.

Visitation will be on Monday December 29th at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road Reisterstown, MD 21136 from 3pm – 6pm with Pastoral and VFW Auxillary services to begin at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to VFW Auxillary to Post 521, 214 Tollgate Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Interment will be at Garrison Forest Cemetery on December 31st at 11:30am
