Pamela Julia Parsons VanHoy, formerly of Ripley, WV, passed away October 15, 2025 following a short illness.
Pamela was a 1991 graduate of Ripley High School and attended Parkersburg Community College. She was a Christian. Pamela enjoyed many things from being an artist to prospecting for gold.
She is survived by her husband, Travis VanHoy of Watauga, TN; daughter, Samantha VanHoy of Tennessee; sons, Colbey VanHoy and Corey VanHoy both of Watauga, TN; father, Eddy Parsons of Ripley and mother, Christy Kelley Parsons of Ripley; sisters, Polla Johnson of Ravenswood, Priscilla Parsons of Ripley, and Sarah Kelley of Charlotte, North Carolina; granddaughter Lyric Wood of Bluff City, TN and grandson, Jesse James VanHoy of Pine Flatts, TN.
Committal and internment service will be at a later date in the Fairplain Cemetery, Ripley. Waybright Funeral Home is serving the family.
