Pamela J. "Pam" (Purdy) Rudinoff, age 57, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
Born in Wilmington, DE on March 6, 1966, she was the daughter of the late James Purdy, Sr. and Vera (Steele) Aaron. Pam was a graduate of William Penn High School. She made her career as an executive assistant at DOE Legal in Wilmington for over 25 years.
A friend to the community, Pam loved to give back by volunteering for Meals on Wheels delivery, among other charitable groups. In her spare time, she enjoyed visiting the beach, sun bathing, and had an appreciation for sunflowers. Above all, Pam's family was her world and she loved being a GiGi to her precious grandchildren. She spent a lot of time with her family, especially her kids and grandkids, and took every opportunity to host family parties. Pam never missed games, school events, or clubs for her children and grandchildren, a memory they will forever cherish.
In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her grandmother, Effie Parag. She is survived by her beloved husband, Ryan D. Rudinoff; children, Ashley Inverso (Bobby), Tommy Cassidy (Alex), and Ryan Cassidy; bonus daughter, Taylor Huppman (Matt); and grandchildren, Joey, Jonathan, Aislynn, and Adalynn.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 12 pm on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a memorial service will begin at 12 pm. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pam's memory to Slay Sarcoma Research Initiative, c/o Sarah Trainer, 609 Lauren Circle, Yardley, PA 19067 or online by clicking here.
