I worked with Pam in Cincinnati decades ago, and thought she was a strong, wonderful person. Pam was a straight-shooter--her people skills and intuition were very good. I appreciated her sort of tough love. as she had a heart of gold and wanted the best for people. My condolences to Pam's family.
