Pamella Elaine Derouselle

Pamella Elaine DeRouselle was born September 20, 1967, in Houston, Texas to Arthur Ray Tates and Barbara Ann Hulett. Pamella was known to some as "big baby", "Pam", and "big red". Mrs. Derouselle departed this life Sunday, January 7, 2024, in Sulphur, Louisiana. Pamella leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Barbara Ann Desmeuchet; father, Arthur Ray (Carolyn) Tates; siblings, Credisheau (Kelvin) Green, Aretha M. Carrington, Andrea Denise Tates, Terrence Nathaniel Tates, Arthur Tates Jr., Vivian Annette Tates Williams, Brenda Tates, Allison Latrice Tates, and Helandria Harrison; uncle, Alfred Bernard Wyckoff; godchildren, Tristena Christian and Tatyana Jason; godbrother, Jeremiah (Iputaua) Proctor; grandchild, Duan Christian; her loving caregivers, Heath Drake and Brandy; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her memorial service will be 11AM Saturday, January 27, 2024, at James Funeral Home located at 1801 Moeling Street in Lake Charles. Pastor Nathan Stevens will officiate.
