Pascal "Pat" Tolson, a beloved sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025, at the Hazard ARH in Kentucky. Born on August 10, 1944, in Roxanna, KY.
Pat is survived by her loving siblings: Nancy (Chuck) Hall, Fannie (Wendell) Pike, Gladys Baca, and Glenda Faye Osborne. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Taylor, Nikki, Josh, Jerrica, Ashley and Cheyann, who will remember her warmth and guidance fondly, as well as four great grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband, James Tolson, her two sons, Timmy and Jimmy Tolson, and by her parents, Granville and Nannie Caudill.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Pat's life and contributions during the visitation on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service that will begin at 1:00 PM at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, located at 2931 US Highway 23 S, Pikeville, KY 41501. Burial will follow in the Seco Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pat Tolson will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and the love she shared with all who knew her.
