I remember when I first met Pasquale My wife and I laura had been buying a place in Delphi towers in Pompono Beach Apt 209 just below his apt in 309 I was interviewed by him We seemed to have hit it off pretty good being that we were both from NY.He told me that I was good to go only because my wife was italan lol Well after taking ownership of our condo I had enjoyed many good times and conversations in both his apt and mine He would always tell me that he knew when I was there because of the sound of my voice lol.He was a good man always asking about my two sons in the military and the rest of my family always enjoyed his posts on social media Im glad that I got the chance to talk to him several weeks ago on the phone after learnig of his health and speaking with his son Gregg He will be missed and Im sure that he is in abetter place and back together with his wife Wanda GOD BLESS HIM !!!
