The place is most definitely the Thomasville community on Turner Rd. where we both grew up. Punkin was a sweet and funny soul. She would often sit and laugh with me and my mom, Priscilla Pressley, telling us all the latest neighborhood gossip. One thing she would often say, "Girl, we got to give it to them straight...they may not appreciate it now but will thank us in the long run." That smile and those deep dimples of hers are forever imprinted in my memory and will always make me smile. Even in heaven, she is my friend and I will always love her.
