Patricia Allen Obituary
Patricia Kim Allen was devoted to Her Family, her Church, Her Intercessory Prayer Ministry, and, most of all, to Her Lord Jesus who brought her home to Heaven on Sunday morning, November 16, 2025. Pat was born on March 2, 1955, to W.S. (Dub) and Johnnie Pearson in Portales New Mexico. All who know her thought that her birthdate on Texas Independence Day was very appropriate. She graduated from high school in Big Spring, Texas and received a degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin. Pat developed a bookkeeping business in Odessa and then met Ron Allen, a CPA for her clients. Ron and Pat were married on September 6, 1979. During the economic adversity following the oilfield collapse of 1982, they found Jesus and dedicated their lives to the Lord in 1984. In August of 1984 they moved to Dallas, Texas. Pat often said it was Ron's business that drove her into Prayer Ministry, but she developed a heart for Prayer and Intercessors. Her Prayer calling along with her administration skills led her to direct the House of Prayer and later the Prayer Ministry at Hillcrest Church in Dallas. Through her Ministry, Corporate Prayer Resources, she trained Intercessors and organized Prayer events. Pat took Prayer teams all over the U.S. and to Israel, Italy, France, China, England, and Ireland. Here in Dallas she worked for 27 years with Reconciliation Outreach, a Ministry for the Homeless. She also became the National Facilitator of Intercession for Mission America, a coalition of over 1000 Churches and Ministries founded by Billy Graham and Bill Bright. Even as her health deteriorated, she remained faithful to her calling to Pray. She served as Prayer leader at her Church, The Shepherd's House, in Lewisville, Texas. In the Dallas area she was a founder of The DFW Prayer Alliance, a coalition of Prayer Leaders, and was the Prayer Leader for The Greater Dallas Coalition, a group of Ministries to the needy in South Dallas. She has also continued her 30 year commitment for Prayer and Leadership of United In Christ International, a worldwide ministry of Christian reconciliation and unity. Pat is survived by her husband Ron, her four daughters Audra Allen, Kim Allen, Laura Allen, and Johnna Gray and her husband Bryan. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Jones and Willow Golatt, Michael Smolinski, and Emma Gray. She is also survived by her brothers Greg, Steve, and Brad Pearson, and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home on Thursday, November 20, from 6-8:00 p.m., 740 S. Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, TX 75057. A celebration of Pat's life will be held at the Shepherd's House Church, 225 Milton Street in Lewisville on Friday, November 21, at 2:30 p.m., followed by a graveside service at Old Hall Cemetery, 1200 McGee Ln., and a reception at the house of Audra Allen, 317 N. Edna Ave. in Lewisville. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation in Pat's name be sent to United in Christ at 2013 Brandiles Dr., Lewisville, TX 75056.
